Technical Support
① Please do not use the dehumidifier in an extrem harsh environment with high temperature, intense dust, salt, inorganic gases (dioxide flow, chlorine, ammonia), and organic gases (alcohol, glycol ether, aldehydes, and other substances which tend to cause copper tube to corrode).
② When the commercial dehumidifier isn't in use for a long time, please cut off the power supply, and clean the filter, evaporator and condenser. In addition, you should keep the air outlet clean to prevent foreign objects from entering to cause unnecessary failures.
③ The working temperature of the dehumidifier is 10℃ to 38℃. Higher or lower temperature may cause non-mechanical failures. When the ambient temperature is lower than 20℃, the machine will freeze, frost and defrost.
④ When the dehumidifier is in normal operation, it is normal to blow dry hot air. In winter, when the temperature is low, the temperature of the air outlet is relatively low. That is to say, the temperature of the air outlet of the dehumidifier will change with the ambient temperature. The higher the ambient temperature, the higher the outlet temperature and vice versa.
⑤ Before turning on the machine, please press the function keys to set the humidity level. When the set humidity level is than the current humidity, the machine won't start. The compressor has a delayed power-on function, which can run normally after about 3 minutes.
⑥ When the machine is working, please pay attention to whether the sound is abnormal. If yes, please turn off the machine and find out the reasons. Do not use it blindly to avoid more serious problems.
⑦ When you frequently use the dehumidifier, please always check whether the power plug are properly inserted into the socket. Please cut off the power supply when the machine is not in use for a long time.
When the current humidity is 3%RH lower than the set humidity, the dehumidifier will automatically stop running. When the dehumidifier detects that the current humidity has risen to 3%RH higher than the set humidity, it will resume to work.
① Please clean the filter frequently. If you use the machine frequently, please clean the filter once a week. After cleaning the filter, you should dry it before installing it back into the machine. Do not expose it to the sun. You can cover it with a cardboard box or dust-proof cloth to prevent foreign objects from entering the air vent, causing unnecessary failures.
② When using in a dusty environment, please clean the filter more frequently. You can clean it once every 1-3 days, which will prevent plenty of dust from entering the radiator to damage the machine.
③ Protect the fins in the evaporator and condenser. The fins are made of aluminum sheets that are inserted into copper tubes and then expands. If the fins are damaged, the dehumidification effect will be affected. Please take good care of the fins.
④ The dehumidifier is an electrical product, so it should be stored in a dry space when not in use for a long time to prevent the electronic control system from getting wet.
⑤ If the dehumidifier is not used for a long time, it is also necessary to clean the filter and dry it. To keep the machine clean and avoid odor, please pour out the collected water in the tank.
① The plug is not inserted properly, the socket fails, or the power cord has short-circuited. Insert the plug properly, and check whether the socket is loose or wrongly wired.

③ The charged refrigerant is too little, and the frost does not melt.
① The machine is placed unevenly. Please place it in a horizontal position.
② The compressor makes a lot of noise (like bang, bang, bang) caused by the loose circlip in the compressor. You should replace the compressor.
③ Some screws in the fan are loose, causing the fan to scrape the edge. Disassemble the case and lock it.
④ The motor makes a loud noise. Please replace it.
⑤ The compressor is tilted (great vibration) caused by transportation. Please replace it.
① The area is too large for the dehumidifier to cover.
② There are obstacles in the air inlet and outlet. Please keep the obstacles at least 30cm away from the air outlet.
③ The refrigerant isn't enough. Please check the surface temperature of the evaporator.
④ Too much dust will decrease the energy efficiency of the evaporator. Please remove dust in time.
⑤ Please check whether the doors and windows are closed properly. If not, it may cause poor moisture removal.
⑥ Please check whether the air inlet filter is dirty or clogged. You should clean the filter frequently.
⑦ The ambient temperature and humidity are low. The moisture removal effect varies depending on the environmental conditions.
① If the machine tilts or overturns, the refrigerant in the compressor will move. Therefore, the dehumidifier should be kept upright for more than 24 hours afert transportation to allow the refrigerant in the compressor to return to its place. The correct operations of the dehumidifier are: Press the power button to start (display the ambient humidity)---press the humidity setting button to adjust the humidity to 30%RH---wait for 3 minutes---the waterdrop icon on the screen will not flash (The compressor and fan starts to work)---the air outlet will blow hot air in about 10 minutes---there will be a small amount of water in the tank after 20 minutes (It mainly depends on the operating environment, there may be no water if the humidity and temperature of the environnment arelow).
② The refrigerant has leaked.
③ The voltage is too low.
④ There are obstacles in the air inlet and outlet. Please keep the obstacles at least 30cm away from the air outlet.
⑤ The fan is broken (poor or no airflow). The fan needs to be replaced, please contact our customer service directly.
⑥ When the ambient temperature is low, the water in the air will evaporate slowly. It is a normal phenomenon.
⑦ The compress does not start.
⑧ If the indicator light of the compressor turns on, it is possible that the fan capacitor wire is loose and needs to be plugged in again.
① The machine may leak water when the drain pipe is folded, the end of the drain pipe is higher than the water outlet of the dehumidifier, or the middle of the water pipe arches during drainage.
② The water tank has ruptured.
③ The dehumidifier is not placed evenly, and it tilts to be on the side without the outlet pipe. Please place it on an even surface.
④ The drain pipe is loose from the drain port, or it has cracked caused by aging.
⑤ The dehumidifier leaks water when frosting and defrosting.
⑥ Check whether the water outlet and drain pipe of the dehumidifier are blocked by debris.
⑦ The continuous drain pipe is too long.
① The float in the water tank is stuck or broken. Please drain the water, remove the float ball and install it again, then invert the water tank to swing back and forth smoothly.
② The magnetic switch is faulty or broken. Please shake the machine back and forth 10 times with an appropriate force. If it works normally again, you can confirm that the switch malfunctions. If the problems occurs after a period of time again, you need to replace the switch)

① When the industrial dehumidifier displays the low-voltage protection code E6, please unplug the low-voltage protection cable on the main control board, then turn on the machine to start working. Generally, the aluminum fins on the evaporator and condenser will feel obviously cool after the compressor works about 10 minutes. It indicates that the refrigeration system is normal, then it may be that the low-pressure protector is broken. If the aluminum fins do not feel obviously cold after starting the machine, it means that there is a lack of refrigerant. In these two cases, please contact customer service to solve the problem.
② If a home dehumdifier displays E6, it may be that the coil temperature sensor and the ambient temperature sensor detect differently. The coil temperature sensor or the humidity sensor needs to be replaced.
① Check whether the water tank is in place. If not, put the water tank properly and restart the machine.
② The floating plate is damaged or the black magnet on the floating plate falls off. Please replace the floating plate.
③ The main board gives false alarms. Please replace it.
Please operate this air purifier according to the instructions in the user manual. To purify the air more quickly, we recommend running the air purifier with the maximum airflow for at least 30 minutes after the air purifier starts.
By using the HEPA filter, the air purifier can efficiently filter out particles as small as 0.02 microns (100 times smaller than PM2.5), and remove harmful substances in the air. The filter can absorb and remove airbone bacteria, pollen, formaldehyde, TVOCs, and other harmful substances. The air purifier satisfies the needs of the younger generation who pay attention to healthy life.
The air purifier has four advanced filtration methods, namely, sieving filtration, inertial collision, active interception and diffusion adsorption. Moreover, it features a special activated carbon filter with plenty of nano-scale micropores, most of which are smaller than 2 nanometers. As a result, the air purifier is able to efficiently filter formaldehyde, toluene, and other volatile organic compounds.
Regularly replace or clean the filter to ensure the purification effect, and avoid the secondary discharge of pollutants absorbed by the filter.
When using the air purifier to remove indoor airbone pollutants, please keep the doors and windows are closed to avoid the air circulation between the indoor and outdoor. For long-term use, please ventilate the space periodically.
Before turning on the air purifier that has not been used for a long time, please clean the inside parts and check the conditions of the filter. Replace the filter if necessary.
It may be a filter alarm, indicating that the filter needs to be reset. Generally speaking, the filter should be replaced every 3-6 months to ensure optimal purification efficiency. After replacing the filter, please follow the instructions in the manual to reset it.
The sensor needs to be replaced.
Please check whether the indoor wireless router works normally first. If yes, turn off the network switch (on the Wi-Fi connection page), enable it again, and try to reconnect.
Check to see if the oulet is powered and the power cord is properly connected.
Check to see if the product housing is properly closed and kept sealed. For yours safety, the air purifier cannot be turned on when it is not shut down normally.

First, please confirm that the doors and windows are closed to make sure the room forms a relatively closed environment. Next, turn off pollution sources that may cause secondary indoor pollution, such as humidifiers, kitchen fumes, and more. If the displayed data remains high in this situation, please clean the sensor according to the instructions.
① The outdoor enviornment is relatively stable, while the indoors have many pollution sources that release PM2.5, such as smoking, cooking, humidifiers and more. These factors can make PM2.5 in small spaces quickly exceed that of outdoors.
② When the doors and windows aren't closed properly and the outdoor pollution is serious, if the purifier is still running at a low level, the purification efficiency may be lower than the intrusion efficiency of the pollution source.
③ When the machine is placed close to obstacles such as walls, the laser sensor that detects airbone particles base on the light scattering is likely to detect inaccurately. It is recommended to keep the air purifier away from obstacles.

The portable air conditioners cool the room partially. They cannot reduce the whole room temperature like cabinet air conditioners.
Lengthen the inlet and outlet pipes of the condenser and evaporator to make them penetrate deep into the inside to improve the resistance of the copper pipes.
Check whether the air blown from the air outlet is cold or not. If not, please check whether the filter is dirty, or whether the heat dissipation is blocked. These two aspects will affect the cooling effect; If the fan or motor is broken, or the compressor does not start, the air conditioner cannot cool down the room, either. If there is cold air blown out from the outlet, some other reasons like an extra-large room, high ambient temperature, high-heat source, or connecting to the outdoors may also make you feel that the room temperature is not decreasing.

The display is wrong. It needs to be replaced
The portable air condition only blows out cold air. It cannot be used to heat the room.
The temperature of the blown air near the air deflector is relatively low. When it meets the air in the room, some moisture will condense on the air deflector. This is a normal condensation phenomenon which usually occurs when the ambient humidity is high, so please don't worry. If there are sometimes a small amount of water droplets floating out, please wipe them off with a cloth. Note: It is normal that there is a small amount of water. If there is water continuously flowing down from the internal machine, it indicates the machine is leaking water. In this case, please contact our after-sales customer service.
