Therefore, any websites or channels that claim to sell cookware, kitchenware, and/or any products outside of our core business are not affiliated with our company or brand.

Moreover, we want to bring to your attention that one of these websites, https://www.moiloly.shop, is using our official email address (service@colzer.com) as the hyperlink to their customer service email service@moiloly.shop. This unauthorized use has led to many customer emails being sent to Colzer instead. Please note that our official email address (service@colzer.com) is only displayed on our official website and in instructions for Colzer appliances. Any other platform or website using our official email address is unauthorized and highly likely to engage in fraudulent activities.

We condemn such illegal activities and will take appropriate legal actions to protect our brand and customers. If you have been defrauded, we recommend that you immediately contact your bank for a refund and report the website to Google or other reporting platforms.

We want to reiterate that Colzer has no affiliation with these fraudulent websites. We are committed to complying with laws and regulations and providing high-quality products and excellent customer service.
