Shipping Information

1. General Shipping Information
COLZER offers standard free shipping on all orders and only ships to the 48 states within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to international locations. All our products will be shipped from the US warehouse by UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and etc, and typically within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. The delivery time varies and that decides the time of updating the tracking number.
How We Ship
We ship via all major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, the United States Postal Service, and various freight carriers. COLZER will use its discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.
Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping method for most products is ground shipping. In most cases, you will receive your product within 5-10 business days using ground delivery.
P.O. Box Shipping
We cannot ship any of our products to a P.O. Box.
2. Order Status & Delivery
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2--3 working days upon confirmation of payment from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing, and dispatching of orders. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. For high-price and/or large applainces, we may manually send you an email to confirm the shipping address. Please give us a response at your convenience, especially when you have any questions or problems with the shipping address. In general, it may take several working days for delivery, depending on the different delivery methods (5 - 10 Business Days). Sometimes, Please note that some orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by an additional 1-2 working days. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and deliverable.
3. Tracking Order
The tracking number will be updated once the package has been sent to the carriers. An email will automatically send to you once we updated the tracking number. However, the time of updating the tracking number varies. The large appliances take a longer time to prepare and handle and the small appliances and accessories take less time to handle. If you ordered large appliances, please allow a few more days for updating the tracking number. If the package does not arrive in time as expected, please be sure to let us know. We will do our best to help.
