We offer a 60 day return policy, refunds are only permitted if there was an error made by us when we shipped the items or if the items are defective.

Please do not attempt to return your product without contacting us first, you can email us at service@colzer.com. And receive a Return Number (RMA#) along with the proper address to return the items to. We will require your Name, Order Number and reason for the return request.

When ordering products from our website, it is your responsibility to choose the correct item(s). By making a purchase from us you are confirming that you fully understand all the terms and conditions stated here and also agree to all terms and conditions.

For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are in working condition. We will only refund or replace defective items. Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address you receive from us. Items returned without original packaging will not be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 60 day return period. Please note: As part of the return process, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Orders are typically processed immediately. We will make every effort to honor cancellation requests before your order ships, but we are unable to guarantee cancellation once your order has been processed. You can cancel your order for a backordered item until the day the item ships. To cancel your order, please email us at service@colzer.com.

  • If I don’t need it after shipping, can I refund it?

Of course, but you need to contact the carrier to reject the package. Then we will refund you after receiving the package in our warehouse.

  • If I receive a product damaged by the carrier, how do I resolve it?

If you find that the package is damaged, please immediately pick up your mobile phone to take a picture of the package and the damaged place, and send it to us by email (service@colzer.com). We will reschedule the shipment for you or refund you.

  • What is the exchange process?

If the product is unavailable, we will immediately arrange for you to send the new product from the warehouse, and will send you back to the RMA, please contact the carrier to pick up the goods.
